The plain-English rules for buying and using our Framer templates.

What these terms cover
These terms apply to purchases from Nicholson Design Studio, and to your use of this website. By buying a template you agree to them.
What you are buying
Each purchase gives you a copy of a Framer template project. It is delivered by email as a link that you open in Framer to copy the project into your own account.
Single Template covers the one template you choose. All Access covers every template we have released and every template we release later.
How you may use a template
You may use a template you have bought to build websites for yourself or for your clients. A Single Template purchase covers one website. All Access covers an unlimited number of websites.
You may not resell, redistribute or share a template, its project, or its delivery link, whether on its own or as part of another template, kit or library.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged through PayPal. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We never see your card details.
No refunds
Templates are digital products delivered immediately after payment, so all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Every template has a live preview you can open before you buy.
If your delivery email does not arrive or the link does not work, contact us and we will fix it.
Updates and All Access
All Access includes updates to the templates we release and the new templates we add. We decide when and how a template is updated.
Framer and other services
Templates run on Framer. You need a Framer account to copy and edit a template, and publishing on your own domain needs a paid Framer plan, which Framer bills separately. Framer and PayPal have their own terms.
Sample text and images in a template are demonstration content. Replace them with your own before you publish.
Our responsibility
Templates are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. To ask about them, use the Support page.
